This policy describes the public marketing website at https://formixt.com only. The product app on https://app.formixt.com has its own privacy policy.

Summary

On this website we do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect personal data through forms. We use a small number of third-party services, listed below, to measure usage and to offer live chat. The free tools run entirely in your browser.

What this website collects

• Google Tag Manager — a tag manager used to measure how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed.
• Tawk.to — provides the live chat widget so you can message us and we can reply.

These services may set cookies or read information from your browser as part of providing their functionality, and they are governed by their own privacy policies. If we add or remove services, we will update this section.

Cookies

We do not set our own tracking cookies. The third-party services above may set cookies in order to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Free tools

The QR code, NPS, sample size and UTM tools run in your browser. What you type stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Live chat

If you start a chat, the messages you send are handled by Tawk.to and are visible to us so we can help. Please do not send sensitive information through the chat widget.

Subscriptions and payments (in the app)

Paid Formixt subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. When you subscribe in the app, Paddle collects the payment and billing details needed to process the charge, handle renewals and meet tax obligations, under Paddle's privacy policy. This marketing website does not process payments and does not store card details, and this policy does not cover data entered in the app.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your address and message so we can reply. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Your choices

• Manage or clear cookies through your browser settings.
• Use the free tools without contacting us at all.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.

Data retention

This marketing site stores no personal data of its own. Chat and analytics data handled by the third-party providers above are retained under their policies. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
