Using this site

You may browse this site and use its free tools for lawful purposes. Please do not try to disrupt or overload the site, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.

Plans and pricing

Plan names, prices, limits and features shown here are for information and are not an offer or a contract. The app is the authoritative source for your plan and its entitlements. Nothing on this site forms a binding agreement to provide the product at a stated price.

Subscriptions and billing

The Formixt app offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are sold and processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for the product. In practice this means you buy the subscription from Paddle, while the product itself is licensed to you by Formixt. This marketing website does not take payment or manage subscriptions.

When you subscribe in the app, the plan, price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and any trial are shown in the checkout before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel from the app or the customer portal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Charges, price changes, cancellations and refunds are handled under Paddle's buyer terms as well as these terms. Confirm the current plans and prices in the app before you subscribe. For help with a charge, use the contact details on your Paddle receipt or email us at hello@formixt.com.

Free tools

The QR code, NPS, sample size and UTM tools are provided as-is for convenience. They run in your browser and are not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for checking any result before relying on it.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Formixt is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its free tools.

The content, branding and design of this site belong to Formixt unless stated otherwise. Template names and descriptions are our own, and you are free to use the templates in the forms you build.

Trademarks

Other companies' names are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify them. Formixt is not affiliated with them.
